These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationships between La Broderie Italienne and its customers.
Article 1 - Seller Identification

Article 2 - Purpose and Scope
These T&Cs apply to all product sales made on the labroderie-italienne.com website. They are systematically communicated to any buyer upon request. The customer declares having read the T&Cs before ordering. Order validation constitutes unreserved acceptance of the T&Cs.
Article 3 - Products
The products offered are textiles and ready-to-wear items, customizable or not, made according to Italian embroidery traditions. Photographs illustrating products are not contractual. In case of customization, the customer is responsible for the information provided (text, pattern). As each piece is handmade, slight variations from photos may exist, constituting a mark of authenticity.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). La Broderie Italienne reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is validated. Delivery costs are indicated before order validation.
Article 5 - Order
Customers can place orders online on our site. The order is only final after email confirmation from us and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons. For customized items, a 30% deposit is required upon ordering.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via our secure Stripe platform. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Article 7 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication. For custom and personalized items, allow 2 to 4 weeks for production. La Broderie Italienne cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier or force majeure.
Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason. EXCEPTION: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, contact us by email at retour@labroderie-italienne.com.
Article 9 - Returns and Refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their labels. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in case of defective product. Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Article 10 - Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of defect found, contact our customer service who will offer you an exchange or refund.
Article 11 - Liability
La Broderie Italienne cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use or maintenance not in accordance with the instructions provided. Our liability cannot exceed the amount of the order.
Article 12 - Personal Data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy accessible on our site. This data is necessary for processing your order and is never sold to third parties.
Article 13 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, embroidery patterns) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
Article 14 - Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. You can use the consumer mediation service free of charge. These T&Cs are subject to Italian and European law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, Italy.
